I'm Luke Savoie, President and CEO of Elbit America and I’m thrilled to introduce you to our company and our recently released inaugural sustainability effort. This exciting milestone reaffirms our commitment to integrating environmental and social excellence into our culture and daily business operations. Each and every employee at Elbit America embodies our values of ethics, honesty, integrity, and fairness. These are not simply ‘words’ posted on our website, they reflect everything we internalize and are as a company. It is our duty to be, and to remain, a responsible, ethical, and sustainable corporation. ESG is not a ‘check the box’ exercise for us. It is ingrained into our operations, our employee engagement, and our business planning. All elements of our ESG program tie back to our true core value, ‘Do the Right Thing’. We are excited to share the key accomplishments our team has made over the past year at Elbit America as we continue to further integrate sustainability into all that we do as a business. Our ESG Committee works across departments to ensure the implementation of our ESG program and strategy throughout our business. They review recommendations with our executive sponsors and Board and work together on a realistic path forward to determine ESG priorities and opportunities. The ESG Committee also supports the creation of Elbit America’s ESG microsite.
