Elbit America is proud to help celebrate and support the legacy of United States Congresswoman Kay Granger (TX-12). At a November 18 event in Washington, D.C., a new portrait of Granger was revealed to the public that was painted by Jeffrey Bass. It's a powerful depiction of Granger's tenure as the U.S. House of Representatives Appropriations Committee Chairwoman and will hang in the Committee’s main hearing room.
Granger is a leader in national defense and global security, and champions our nation's military. She is also longtime supporter of Elbit Systems of America, as our headquarters reside in Texas' 12th District.
"The U.S. military and its warfighters have no greater supporter than Chairwoman Kay Granger, who fought relentlessly for a safe and prosperous nation during her three decades of public service," said Elbit America Vice President of Government Relations Ted Fordyce. "As a proud constituent company, Elbit America will continue to feel the impact of the Chairwoman’s legacy for years to come, and we are deeply grateful for her advocacy and friendship.”
