METRICS AND GOALS
HEALTH AND SAFETY
At Elbit America, we prioritize health and safety data collection and request this information quarterly from each of our sites. This and our health and safety goals are below:
*2020 FWO had 4 COVID work-related cases, otherwise TRIR would have been 0.137
**Sparton site is not included in this data because it was acquired mid-2021 and was therefore not included in the full year's data capture. Sparton is currently being integrated into our OSHA safety procedures and systems.
