          Giving Back to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)

          We are committed to giving back to the communities where our teams’ work and live, and we are actively involved in supporting community initiatives and charitable foundations. Learn more about on partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

          We are dedicated to giving back to the communities where our teams work and live. As a part of this commitment, we are actively involved in supporting community initiatives and charitable foundations. We are especially proud of our partnership with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), which is a nonprofit organization that aims to help cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

          Since 2000, Elbit America has worked especially closely with the LLS. While we support the organization with several events and fundraisers throughout the year, our commitment to the organization is grounded in our participation in Light the Night, which is an annual walk to fund lifesaving research and support for people battling cancer. Several employees and our leadership are involved in fundraising and signing up for the walk in their local areas. In fact, Elbit America has been named a Top 25 Light the Night National Partner and raises $250,000 each year through employee donations and a corporate match for the organization.

I’ve met amazing people and learned so much about the mission – how the money they raise helps to fund research that saves lives, and also helps those fighting the battle with everyday expenses like transportation for doctor visits, or travel costs for out-of-town hospital stays.
