Bob Fiorentini
Bob was named Elbit America’s Chief Operating Officer in 2024, having joined the company in 2023 as a Senior Advisor Consultant for Operations.
Previously, Bob held several senior leadership positions at Terma Denmark and Terma North America, including Vice President and General Manager of Operations and Vice President of Supply Chain Management. He joined Terma in 2012 as Vice President of Operations at its Aero Structures division in Grenaa, Denmark.
Prior to assuming his position with Terma, Bob had a 30-year tenure with Lockheed Martin that spanned five business units and multiple platforms, technologies and customers.
His senior leadership positions included Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing and Vice President of F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Global Production of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Bob also served as Vice President of Operations and Global Sustainment of Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Finance form LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He has also participated in the Financial Strategies for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School.
Bob served his community of Cherry Hill, N.J., for 20 years as a firefighter first responder, Chief Engineer and Fire Chief and Commissioner. He remains a life member of the Cherry Hill Fire Department.
